One teacher. Your body. Seventy-five minutes. We meet you at the edge you have been circling and walk it slowly together — no music, no clock checked, no class behind us waiting on the door.

A private is the closest thing we offer to apprenticeship. Hands-on alignment work, pranayama tailored to your nervous system, and a dedicated lesson plan that lives between us in a small leather notebook.

Bookings are usually two days out. Sliding scale is real and goes ungated — just ask.
