Six weeks of basics: stance, guard, footwork, the jab. No gloves on the bag until your shadow looks right.

Heavy bag, double-end, reflex ball. You learn what each bag teaches and which to come back to when you stall.

Coach in the ring with you. You start reading punches, not just throwing them. This is where boxers are made.
