Boxer training

Three rounds

Your first 90 days, round by round.

A new boxer's first three months at Rounds Club. Each round builds on the last. No shortcuts, no skipping ahead.

Stance & footwork

Six weeks of basics: stance, guard, footwork, the jab. No gloves on the bag until your shadow looks right.

Bag work

Heavy bag, double-end, reflex ball. You learn what each bag teaches and which to come back to when you stall.

Light sparring

Coach in the ring with you. You start reading punches, not just throwing them. This is where boxers are made.

Classes

Six classes, capped at twelve.

Each class is its own arc. Tap the day pills to see when it runs. Most members rotate between two or three.
