Every quarter we test all coached members — InBody, Vald force-plate, 1RM squat / bench / deadlift. Numbers go on the wall.

James is a professional boxing coach with 15 years of ring experience. He offers cardio boxing classes for all fitness levels, combining boxing technique with high-intensity interval training.
Lisa Chen
Lisa is a nationally certified Pilates instructor and dance professional. She combines classical Pilates techniques with modern movement science to deliver classes that improve core strength and posture.
Mike Thompson
Mike is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer and former competitive athlete. He brings high energy and structured programming to every session, focusing on functional fitness and performance improvement.
