Adult beginners
Twelve-week course for adults who never learned, or learned wrong. Coach Patel takes a maximum of six in a lane.
Master's squad
Coached squad sessions for adult competitive swimmers. Programmed by Coach Reed — workouts pinned in the locker room.
Junior squad
Ages 8–16. USA Swimming-affiliated. Six coaches, three squad levels. We've sent four swimmers to the Junior Nationals since 2020.

Classes for everyone, every week.
Drop-in or buy a punch card. Each class lists its lane allocation, coach, and how full it is in real time.

A day in the lanes
Pick a day, pick a lane.

The pool reopens.
Eight days of annual deep clean, then we're back. Member appreciation swim on opening day — free coffee from the upstairs café for all who arrive before 9am.
Bring a towel.
Free 60-minute swim, lane allocation, and a coffee upstairs after. Most members joined after one of these.
