Four squads, capped at twelve swimmers each. State-level coaches running tryouts every September — the rest of the year, the kids just swim.

Whether you're a beginner adult who never learned, a Master's competitor, or a parent of a future Junior squad swimmer — there's a lane for you.

Adult beginners

Twelve-week course for adults who never learned, or learned wrong. Coach Patel takes a maximum of six in a lane.

Master's squad

Coached squad sessions for adult competitive swimmers. Programmed by Coach Reed — workouts pinned in the locker room.

Junior squad

Ages 8–16. USA Swimming-affiliated. Six coaches, three squad levels. We've sent four swimmers to the Junior Nationals since 2020.

Drop-in or buy a punch card. Each class lists its lane allocation, coach, and how full it is in real time.
